Nishat Hospital, a 50-bed multi-speciality hospital in Lucknow, is looking for a dedicated TPA Coordinator to manage Ayushman Bharat and other insurance-related procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth claim processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between patients, doctors, and insurance bodies.
- Manage Ayushman Bharat and other TPA claims
- Coordinate with consultants, billing, and insurance representatives
- Handle pre-authorizations, approvals, and discharge formalities
- Resolve discrepancies between medical and billing teams
- Maintain and update patient claim records
- Ensure compliance with government health schemes
- Graduate (preferably in Computer Applications or IT)
- Proficient in MS Office and TPA/insurance software
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Calm and professional in handling billing-related issues
- Prior experience in hospital billing or TPA coordination preferred
